Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing a comprehensive wellness program for residents in Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehabilitation settings, which may require availability during weekends and holidays.
- Completing assessments, care plans, and related documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to program implementation.
- Infusing a sense of enjoyment into daily activities.
- Performing additional tasks as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to enhance staff morale.
- Basic proficiency in typing and computer usage.
