Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for loading equipment onto trucks, guiding our Customer Service Representatives to aircraft, and moving equipment from the truck to the aircraft galley.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist Customer Service Representatives in catering aircraft
  • Guide Customer Service Representatives to aircraft safely and accurately
  • Conduct quality checks on all assigned flights
  • Add or subtract meals for assigned flights
  • Ensure all activities are completed according to customer guidelines and safety regulations
  • Follow directions and work as a member of a team
  • May be required to complete pre-trip truck inspections as directed
  • Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Up to one year of experience preferred
  • Current U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to read and write to complete required forms
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work overtime when required
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds frequently during shift
  • Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending on aircraft
Work Environment
  • Exposure to extreme temperature changes and noise
  • Majority of duties performed outside in all weather conditions
  • Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
