About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to members via phone, email, and other channels
  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to personal lines insurance products and services
  • Apply knowledge of insurance products and services to assist members with quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions
  • Identify and assess member needs, providing complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services
  • Maintain required Property and Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, and/or relevant direct customer service and/or sales experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications
What We Offer

USAA offers a competitive salary range of $46,370 - $50,300, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), pension, life insurance, parental benefits, adoption assistance, paid time off program with paid holidays, and various wellness programs.
