Job Title: Counselor/Clinical Supervisor

Trinity Washington University is seeking a highly skilled Counselor/Clinical Supervisor to join our Health and Wellness Center team. As a Counselor/Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to our students, including individual therapy, group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to students, including individual therapy, group therapy, and case management.
  • Supervise and mentor other counselors to ensure they are providing excellent care to our students.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with other Health and Wellness Center staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health and wellness, and incorporate this knowledge into your work.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program or a doctoral degree in social work.
  • Licensed in the District of Columbia (LICSW).
  • Experience working in a college or university counseling center, with a focus on mental health provision.
  • Clinical supervision experience and reviewing clinical documentation for services rendered by supervisees.
