Job Title: Store Manager: Rylee + Cru

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Rylee + Cru boutique on the Upper East Side. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building a dynamic store team, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance to achieve business goals.

About the Role:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive sales, client engagement, and store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent for sales associate and sales supervisor positions
  • Ensure store standards are maintained through delegation of tasks, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks
  • Curate and execute in-store activations and support new store openings as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus
  • Work effectively under pressure, supporting completion of store opening and closing procedures
  • Build and manage team schedules, ensuring effective payroll management
  • Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

  • Brand Advocate/Category Expert: Exhibit strong product knowledge and provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Detail Oriented: Operate with high efficiency and effectiveness, consistently producing polished and quality work
Measures of Success:
  • Employee Retention Rate: Hire, develop, and promote team members
  • Drive sales goals through Key Performance Indicators: Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and Units Per Transaction (UPT)
  • Clienteling: Client Outreach, Networking NPS (net promoter score)
  • Ability to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectively
