Key Responsibilities- Sales Generation: Monitor daily KPIs, set sales targets, and develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Embody the Selling Ceremony and propose challenges to motivate the team.
- Operations: Know and apply the Store Operation Manual, organize back-office activities, and maintain an excellent level of cleanliness and facilities.
- Visual Merchandising: Consistently maintain visual guidelines and standards of presentation, lead by example in terms of presentation and grooming, and communicate qualitative feedback to drive results.
- People Development: Recruit and onboard new employees, monitor performance, build team spirit, and develop skills and competencies.
- Experience in a managerial retail role in a store/boutique setting.
- Knowledge/interest in art, photography, literature.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
