Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Rylee + Cru on the Upper East Side. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing store team.

About the Role:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Ensure store standards are maintained, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational tasks
  • Support with store activations, new store openings, and other initiatives as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fashion news, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

  • You have excellent customer service and sales skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
