We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Rothy's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing store team, driving exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of retail or customer-facing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
