Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
- Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
- 4-6 years of retail or customer-facing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Competitive hourly rate: $37.00-$40.00
