The Job
As a Territory Manager, you will drive the acquisition of new schools and programs within your designated territory. This role involves high-touch, transactional sales through quick demos and close interactions with coaches, athletic programs, and school departments.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Acquire new schools and programs within your designated territory to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with coaches, athletic programs, and school departments to establish trust and credibility.
- Maximize Fundraising Efforts: Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategies that maximize fundraising efforts and ensure all funds raised stay within our clients' communities.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-volume, transactional sales or ed-tech environments.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking skills and ability to engage with coaches and athletic departments.
- Territory Location: Must be based in the territory with flexibility for evening and weekend meetings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
