Job Summary:
Big Brother Big Sister of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a highly skilled Development Coordinator to support our Fund Development Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, processing gifts, and implementing fundraising technologies to drive financial growth. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a mix of virtual and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Identify and resolve data discrepancies in our Salesforce CRM system to ensure accurate revenue records and donor tracking.
- Fundraising Technology Support: Serve as the expert liaison for fundraising technologies, including Salesforce, Classy, and Greater Giving. Provide training and support for new hires and volunteers.
- Email and Direct Mail Campaigns: Collaborate with Marketing & Development to design and implement email and direct mail campaigns. Manage donor reports, testing, and results analysis.
- Portfolio Management: Support and manage a small portfolio of donors, providing outreach, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Fund Development or Administrative roles at non-profit organizations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve with a solution-based mindset.
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy with MS Office programs and CRM platforms.
