Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Divinity from an accredited institution along with a minimum of two units of Clinical Pastoral Education
  • Experience in providing care related to death and dying, ideally within a Hospice setting
  • At least two years of relevant experience and ordination by a recognized religious organization
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Role Responsibilities:

The Chaplain will serve as the spiritual care expert for patients and their families, offering spiritual support and guidance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing personalized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing grief support and counseling as necessary

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in pastoral counseling and a profound understanding of Hospice care principles.
