About the Role:

Crescent Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing patient care in the Rock Hill Area. As a PRN CNA, you will work under the guidance of a registered nurse to deliver essential services and ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to patients, following their carefully crafted plan of care to ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
  • Emphasize exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
  • Provide support for families by sharing your knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice experience a plus.
  • Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated.
