**Required: Experience in Floor Care and Proficiency with Floor Care Equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Housekeeper:

  • Upholds departmental guidelines, protocols, and quality benchmarks.
  • Supervises cleaning personnel and executes housekeeping tasks.
  • Disposes of waste, manages refuse transport, and operates waste compactors.
  • Strips, refinishes floors, and cleans walls and windows.
  • Handles furniture, equipment arrangements, and special event setups.
  • Engages effectively with residents and participates in team meetings.
  • Adheres to safety regulations and universal health precautions.
  • Operates vacuum systems and floor maintenance machinery.
  • Provides assistance to other departments as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: **Floor Care Experience Required, along with On-the-Job Training.
