Job Summary: As a customer service assistant at Aditi Consulting, you will be the primary point of contact between our business and its customers. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, online, or in-person interactions.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and advice to customers
- Process customer orders and returns
- Work with customers to resolve complaints and concerns
