Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/Coordinator I to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Enter customer orders into SAP and modify orders as needed.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct independent research to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Time Management: Prioritize work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication and client interface skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
