Responsibilities:

* Process procurement requests in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Prepare bid documentation for procurement of materials and services
* Post bids on public bidding sites
* Review, analyze, and tabulate bids received and forward them to the initiating department for recommendation
* Prepare approval documentation for award
* Ensure purchase orders and contract files are properly documented
* Provide administrative support for the Inventory Purchasing team
* Work with suppliers to expedite orders and update tracking files

Requirements:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
