Procurement Specialist for Silatronix Operations

Job Summary:
To deliver procurement and service delivery requirements for Silatronix operations, providing a value-adding, effective, and efficient service to internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Procure raw materials, goods, spares, and services to meet growing business needs.
- Deliver business objectives while minimizing costs and maximizing value for every dollar spent.
- Work in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, contractual standards, and commercial relationships.
- Maintain files to monitor and report KPIs relative to procurement and service delivery monthly.
- Integrate with the Mexichem Fluor Inc team at St Gabriel to provide efficient and effective cover and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong SAP knowledge.
- Strong QuickBooks experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of terms and conditions, transport documentation, and import knowledge.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and software packages.
