Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team at New Story School. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for implementing therapeutic skills acquisition and behavior modification protocols for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' behavioral strengths and needs, utilizing school assessment protocols and timelines.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, monitoring progress and revising plans as necessary.
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to students, families, and school staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collect and analyze data to inform behavioral interventions and evaluate plan effectiveness.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Experience working with students with autism or emotional/behavioral disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
