ABA Therapist

We are a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BC/BCBA) to join our team. As a BC/BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing ABA treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement ABA treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely data collection and treatment records

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
