Clinical Training Specialist for Regional Operations

Position Overview:
The Regional Clinical Training Specialist at Envista Holdings Corporation plays a crucial role in delivering both in-person and virtual training on digital imaging solutions to clients within a clinical environment. This position is essential for ensuring that customers are well-equipped to utilize our advanced imaging products effectively.

In addition to product training, the role encompasses opportunities to educate clients on imaging software and related technologies. Collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders is vital to address the clinical requirements of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on intraoral imaging products.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions conducted.
- Review and follow up on feedback surveys to ensure training aligns with stakeholder expectations.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for issues related to clinical training in the designated territory.
- Assist Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in the evaluation and rollout of new products.
- Represent the company at trade shows and educational events, providing clinical support.
- Achieve and maintain certification on relevant products, with recertification as required.
- Effectively manage priorities and timelines in a dynamic work environment.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in face-to-face, phone, and email communications, maintaining a strong customer focus.
- This role may involve non-standard working hours and travel, including weekends, as needed.
- Engage frequently with various functional departments and key customer experts.
- Travel requirements may reach up to 75% based on business needs.
- Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proven capability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent certifications/licenses.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as extensive travel using a personal vehicle is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 2 years of training experience in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced knowledge of radiology is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Range:
$76,100 - $114,200
