Marketing Campaign Manager

At Travel + Leisure Co., we're on a mission to put the world on vacation. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our vacation ownership business in South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business plan, driving growth and revenue in the region.
- Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities, leveraging consumer insights and competitor analysis to inform your approach.
- Design and implement lead generation campaigns that support our sales strategy, utilizing a range of tactics including paid search, SEO, content marketing, events, and social media.
- Coordinate and facilitate events in South East Asia, with a focus on selling mini-vacation packages and generating leads.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our online programs, ensuring a predictable pipeline of leads and sales.
- Manage and maintain our marketing campaigns, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with stakeholders about existing and new campaigns, providing regular updates and insights.
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving results in a competitive environment.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language in South East Asia.
- Excellent understanding of the online space and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- Proven ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects, with a focus on attention to detail.
