Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven programmatic professional to excel at translating client business objectives into eCommerce daily tactical execution. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for producing world-class campaigns for high-profile brands and articulating the outcomes of tactics and strategy to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Director in bringing performance expertise to the General Mills NAR customer marketing team, focusing on programmatic media inclusive of display/video.
  • Develop best-in-class programmatic strategies for retail media campaigns and KPIs.
  • Cross-Brand oversight of all eCommerce campaigns, including coordination of planning, activation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with RMN partners to discover new opportunities to achieve business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partner agencies, emphasizing storytelling and driving action.
  • Bridge performance teams from national plans to customer marketing plans where RMNs play a dual role.
Campaign Planning
  • Understand client goals and maximize measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies.
  • Support in creating and delivering effective media plans for integrated paid eCommerce across customer and national plans.
  • Partner with team leads in forecasting for media planning to build and maintain best possible recommendations for performance.
Activation
  • Oversight of eCommerce campaigns for clients, focusing on driving performance KPIs and budget management across customer marketing and National plans.
  • Brainstorm and research activation ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas and opportunities with partners.
  • Oversight of development, execution, and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing.
  • Work with RMNs to maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks.
  • Analyze and report data on a daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/ad-hoc basis.
  • Develop, document, and implement eCommerce media best practices within client accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and develop POVs to communicate relevant updates to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of eCommerce experience preferred.
  • Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media.
  • Strong working understanding of the eCommerce industry and platforms, including major players and supporting technology.
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and translate them into eCommerce strategy.
  • Understanding of broader media planning and buying to ensure integration/coordination with wider media objectives.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to juggle many tasks at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
