Position Overview:
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clientele, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and concerns.
  • Address inquiries and fulfill requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly via phone or electronic communication.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and oversee customer portfolios effectively.
  • Organize workflows to align with client timelines and demands.
  • Perform data entry for client information and manage electronic filing systems.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple databases to retrieve and input information accurately.
  • Conduct research and analysis to review and process legal documents.
  • Propose enhancements to processes where applicable.
  • Expand and nurture existing client relationships by providing outstanding service and identifying additional service opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
