The Client Services Associate is responsible for a variety of functions aimed at enhancing advisor-client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. These responsibilities include:

  • Compiling and updating essential documents and agreements.
  • Preparing materials for presentations.
  • Gathering meeting notes and entering them into client files.
  • Processing client information and transactions.
  • Creating new accounts and managing client portfolios.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Scheduling meetings between advisors and clients.
  • Drafting communications on behalf of advisors.
  • Logging and tracking customer interactions.
  • Maintaining comprehensive databases of client information.
