We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Center Coordinator to join our team at Corvias. As a key member of our Facilities Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance turn and service request process, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance turn and service request process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance technicians, and residents to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and track work orders, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure pertinent work order and turn information is communicated.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in property and/or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures preferred.
  • Proficient in Yardi or property management software required.
  • Work order tracking and dispatch experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills in meeting set schedules and deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
