Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining awareness of and conducting research on cyberspace operations at the national, federal cyber centers, DoD, Service, and Combatant Command level.
  • Developing recommendations and COAs to solve complex cybersecurity problems.
  • Providing technical expertise on executive level projects, analyzing, assessing, and developing future strategies, policies, and doctrines governing cyberspace operations.
  • Supporting interagency and coalition policy formulations on cyberspace issues, ensuring authorities, concerns, and equities are accurately represented.
  • Providing concise, actionable communications to senior officials, both written and orally.
  • Developing Memorandums of Understanding / Memorandums of Agreement.
