About the Role:

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Visalia, CA. This dynamic role will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day billing processes of all accounts within an assigned portfolio run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely invoice entry, including distribution to customers and portal processing
  • Following standard accounting practices for revenue recognition
  • Confirming presence of necessary documentation required to invoice
  • Escalating submitted billing documentation outside of policy to management for review
  • Working closely with the accounting team for timely reporting of discrepancies
  • Running and reviewing shipped not billed reports weekly to mitigate bottleneck at month end
  • Assisting billing supervisors with billing reports
  • Collaborating with collections teams and cash teams to assist with reconciliations
  • Maintaining root cause reports for continuous process improvements
  • Meeting targets and deadlines for invoices, credits, and rebills

Requirements:

  • Three years or more experience in billing, preferably in construction / manufacturing industry
  • High school education or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve issues
  • General understanding of billing procedures in accordance with acceptable accounting practices
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office programs, including Excel skills; Software: Kronos, SAP, Sage, and ERP System
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations

Compensation: Estimated salary range $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
