  • Our office team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Answers incoming calls and directs callers to the appropriate person.
  • Greet and assist all visitors, making sure they sign in and out of the visitor registration book.
  • Processes incoming mail and distributes it to the appropriate person.
  • Responsible for managing the branch legal file.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Monitors the fax machine and distributes all faxes.
  • Scans Bills of Lading and scale tickets (for bulk orders) and sends them to Intelichief.
  • Provides primary service as the branch Deputy Weighmaster for the truck scale.
  • Event Coordinator, plans Hydrite events, orders necessary food and supplies, and coordinates lunches for meetings.
  • Maintains a professional attitude and demeanor at all times and treats other employees and customers with courtesy and respect.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

  • Able to stand for a minimum of one hour at a time.
  • Able to sit for up to four hour periods at a time.
