About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Bud Brown Volkswagen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers on the lot and in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets or exceeds their needs, and demonstrate the vehicle's features and benefits.
  • Negotiate the sale of vehicles and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Follow up with customers to maintain a customer database and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Service Department, Internet Department, and Business Development Center to assist customers and maintain high customer service.
Requirements
  • Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but not required - we will train the right person.
  • Great customer service skills, energy, and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good computer and technology skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
