Harlan Parker - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Olathe, KS.

About the Role:

We are looking for a self-starter who can develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. The ideal candidate will establish strong client relationships, develop ongoing networking relationships, and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations
  • Establish client relationships and follow up as needed
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Enthusiasm and belief in the role of insurance and financial products in people's lives
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
