Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up on open quotes to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop a strong understanding of Safari Belting products and market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Build relationships with customers and sales representatives
  • Communicate effectively with molding and assembly departments regarding orders
  • Assist other sales representatives as needed
  • Provide sales and quote reports to management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for long periods of time
