About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Bud Brown Volkswagen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on the lot and in the showroom, assisting them in finding a vehicle that meets or exceeds their needs, and negotiating the sale of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers on the lot and in the showroom
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets or exceeds their needs
  • Negotiate the sale of vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to maintain a customer database
  • Report objectives and planned activities with Sales Managers
  • Review inventory daily
  • Train on products and processes

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person
  • Great customer service skills, energy and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer and technology skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Professional personal appearance
