Automotive Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Bud Brown Volkswagen. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on the lot and in the showroom, assisting them in finding a vehicle that meets or exceeds their needs, and negotiating the sale of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers on the lot and in the showroom
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets or exceeds their needs
- Negotiate the sale of vehicles
- Follow up with customers to maintain a customer database
- Report objectives and planned activities with Sales Managers
- Review inventory daily
- Train on products and processes
Requirements:
- Sales experience in any industry is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person
- Great customer service skills, energy and professionalism, with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Resume must be uploaded
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Professional personal appearance
