About the Role

The Customer Care Specialist role is a critical position within the LendingHome Servicing Team at Kiavi Funding, Inc. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless mortgage experience.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests related to mortgage loans in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with other servicing teams to identify borrowers at risk of default and develop effective solutions
  • Process payoff and verification of mortgage transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Document all customer interactions in our system of record

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of mortgage-related regulations and compliance
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
