- Meet and exceed quality control standards and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred.
This is a regular full-time position, requiring regular and timely attendance. The successful candidate will be able to work in a general office environment and possess the ability to sit for extended periods.
