Position Overview:
Innova Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
1. Provide comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems.
2. Address moderate to complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
3. Collaborate with various organizational units to ensure that challenges are effectively managed and resolved promptly.
4. Engage in product development and system testing to guarantee that our offerings accurately and efficiently handle high-value transactions.
5. Tackle intricate problems utilizing a deep understanding of system intricacies.
6. Combine extensive area knowledge with industry standards to deliver effective solutions to both internal and external clients.
7. Offer support to junior client processing roles and may oversee the allocation and review of team members' work.
8. Contribute to the success of related teams by achieving shared objectives.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience is preferred, with a background in brokerage processing being advantageous.
