As a part of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing property management operations, managing tenant relations, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining the financial health of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring high-quality tenant experiences and efficient maintenance management.
Tenant Relations:
Communicate with tenants to address concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships.
Lease Negotiation:
Negotiate lease terms and rental contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Compliance and Legal:
Stay up-to-date with California Tenant-Landlord laws, eviction procedures, and fair housing rules. Prepare and manage lease agreements and contracts.
Vendor Coordination:
Negotiate contracts with maintenance vendors, landscapers, and other service providers, ensuring top-quality service at competitive rates.
Financial Management:
Manage property budgets, oversee rent collection, and prepare regular financial statements for property owners, including income and expense reports.
Risk Management:
Identify and address potential risks at properties and ensure proper insurance coverage.
Market Knowledge:
Understand local market trends, including rental rates, vacancy rates, and zoning regulations specific to San Diego.
Requirements:
Real Estate License:
A valid California real estate license is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve issues effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
Technological Proficiency:
Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and online marketing tools
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of HOA management.
- Familiarity with San Diego's real estate market and local regulations.

Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
