Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Optimus Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to an acceptable standard, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain residential properties to an acceptable standard.
- Create and submit monthly reports to the supervisor.
- Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ensure communication follows the Company's policies and the tenant's lease agreement.
- Coordinate move-outs, work orders, and building repairs with the maintenance department.
- Conduct regular market research and stay up to date on market trends.
- Advertise vacant units on approved marketing platforms.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure buildings comply with local laws and company standards.
- Independently resolve resident disputes in a professional manner.
- Contact residents for past due balances and coordinate a re-payment schedule.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Property Management Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Yardi.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree (Preferred).
- Bilingual, Proficient in Spanish (Required for the Koreatown portfolio).
- Reliable transportation.
- Proven track record of meeting company goals and expectations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Benefits
- Hourly, non-exempt position.
- Salary Range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
