Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to assist the Account Manager with supervisory, training, and operations functions at assigned posts.
The ideal candidate will have professional-level experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military, with excellent communication skills and ability to train and coach others.
This role involves coordinating technical and managerial aspects of executing security contracts, assigning work tasks, and directing the work of Security Professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Manager in conducting interviews and evaluating new employees, providing on-the-job training and ensuring post orders are properly maintained.
- Oversee all reports, logs, and pass downs generated by the Security Department, distributing communications and information to Security Professionals as directed.
- Manage sub-units within the Security Department, such as fire control rooms and command centers, generating work orders and attached paperwork as needed.
- Respond to minor incidents, ensure proper action is taken, and complete reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; college education or business classes preferred.
- Prior experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Salary and Location
The salary for this position is estimated at approximately $62,982 per year, reflecting the value we place on our team members' contributions to our success.
