Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, mentor, and collaborate with team members to provide tailored instruction in a group environment
  • Evaluate students' learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions
  • Communicate students' progress to parents and guardians
  • Instruct and tutor in-center, online, or through a hybrid model utilizing the Mathnasium Method and associated teaching practices
  • Achieve proficiency with digital educational tools and methodologies
  • Help maintain a safe and professional learning atmosphere
  • Assist with administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and receive training
  • Exceptional mathematical skills, at least up to Algebra I
  • Ability to balance leadership and instructional roles

All candidates will be required to demonstrate math proficiency through a literacy assessment, provide work authorization, and successfully complete a background check.
