Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing clients to comprehend their lending requirements, including first-time mortgages and refinancing options.

Foster and enhance relationships through networking and outreach with financial institutions, real estate agents, builders, and the local community to drive new business.

Manage all client interactions to ensure a seamless transaction by collaborating with real estate agents, processors, and underwriters.

Work closely with borrowers and loan officers to collect and prepare all necessary documentation to meet underwriting standards.

Monitor the loan process by tracking loan status, ensuring compliance with terms, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Surpass production goals by maintaining an active loan pipeline.

Conduct property evaluations for real estate purchases or refinancing.

Advise borrowers on the advantages and disadvantages of various loan products to identify the most suitable options for their needs.

Set clear expectations with clients and referral partners.

Represent Sprout Wholesale as a positive ambassador in all communications and actions, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Essential attributes include: results-driven, analytical problem-solving, effective time management, strong communication skills, collaborative teamwork, and integrity.

Must maintain an active license with NMLS.

Ability to process files through the appropriate internal systems based on loan products.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
