We are currently in search of a Recreational Activities Coordinator for our vibrant community. The Recreational Activities Coordinator is responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote entertainment, physical fitness, and relaxation for our residents. Key responsibilities include fostering hobbies, organizing social events, crafts, games, and various recreational activities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, creativity, a positive mindset, and a proactive approach.

Key Qualifications

Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last five years.
  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity is beneficial.
  • Prior experience working with seniors is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities are essential.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently.
