Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) is seeking a qualified individual to lead a variety of social, recreational, fitness, and outdoor activities for adults with disabilities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will plan and lead a range of activities, including arts & crafts, fitness activities, games, and field trips. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with people with disabilities and providing a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead a variety of social, recreational, fitness, and outdoor activities for adults with disabilities
  • Develop and implement programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and personal growth
  • Collaborate with staff and community partners to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive program
  • Provide support and guidance to participants as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Interest in working with people with disabilities
  • Experience planning and leading recreation/enrichment activities (preferred)
  • Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred)
