Job Summary:The successful candidate will plan and lead a range of activities, including arts & crafts, fitness activities, games, and field trips. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with people with disabilities and providing a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:- Plan and lead a variety of social, recreational, fitness, and outdoor activities for adults with disabilities
- Develop and implement programs that promote socialization, physical activity, and personal growth
- Collaborate with staff and community partners to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive program
- Provide support and guidance to participants as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Interest in working with people with disabilities
- Experience planning and leading recreation/enrichment activities (preferred)
- Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred)
