Job DescriptionThis Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) role involves interacting with customers daily, helping with sales and resolving transactions.
Key Job Duties:- Greet customers, interact with them in person and on the phone
- Process sales, loans, and extensions
- Perform opening and closing store duties
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Able to multitask
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Start as a Trainee and complete our 5-week paid training program
- Promote to Pawnbroker and earn an additional $1/hour
- Excel and become a Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager)
- Apply for a Store Manager in Training position after completing a 12-week training program
- Competitive wages based on experience: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
