Outside Sales Account Executive, Mid Atlantic

Xplor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Mid Atlantic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
