Job Title: Customer Service Senior Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Senior Representative to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex customer inquiries, and providing support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Independently resolve complex customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
