Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Independently resolve customer complaints and issues of moderate to substantial complexity, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Pay: $17 - $18/hour.
- Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave.
