Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
