Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our team. As a Financial Analyst II, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and establishing financial workbooks and reports in Deltek and Power BI to track and monitor program financial performance. You will also perform financial and expense comparisons by analyzing profit and loss statements and prepare reports of findings and recommendations to program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to program management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets for programs and projects.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with programs and projects, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, including accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, financial reporting, financial planning, financial risk management, and financial compliance.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is preferred.
