Job Summary:

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing hardware and software configurations, device replacements, and collaborating with other IT professionals to execute small to large-scale hardware deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Imaging and reimaging workstations and laptops, setting up hardware and software configurations, and performing asset management tasks.
  • Project tracking, customer interactions, and ServiceNow updates to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Troubleshooting and break/fix for laptops and desktops, and coordinating hardware warranty repair with vendors.
  • Shipping and receiving of hardware, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of IT assets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and break/fix, with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and ServiceNow or comparable ticket management systems.
  • Experience with computer builds and configurations, including hardware and software installation.
  • Shipping and receiving of packages through UPS, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Dell and HP certification, or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of start date.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers via written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, with a focus on physical stamina and endurance.
