- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement proper credit and cash handling procedures.

- Participate in pre-convention meetings and collaborate with meeting planners for group activities.
- Facilitate effective recruitment, training, and recognition of staff while addressing personnel matters appropriately.
- Assign tasks to department staff and evaluate their performance to maintain high standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and public areas on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all vacant rooms are cleaned to the required standards by housekeeping staff.
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of public and back-of-house areas.
- Prepare and inspect rooms designated for VIP guests.
- Prioritize room assignments throughout the day.
- Inspect housekeeping carts and equipment for cleanliness and proper usage.
- Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Manage early and late check-outs and room assignments as necessary.
- Supervise the turndown service provided to guests.
- Monitor and address any discrepancies in room status.
- Assist other managers and directors with assigned tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Department on work orders and ensure completion.
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings with housekeeping staff.
- Investigate complaints related to housekeeping and Front Office services, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Distribute supplies and equipment to staff while ensuring proper usage.
- Participate in the training of new hires and monitor their progress.
- Possess a solid understanding of revenue management, including room inventory control and pricing strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of five years of experience in hotel management, with at least three years in a supervisory role within a high-volume luxury establishment.
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel environment is preferred.
- Experience in a resort or casino setting is advantageous.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary licenses as required.
